We ship from the sunny south east of Ireland.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO MAKE THE JEWELLERY?

All of our jewellery pieces are made with genuine gemstones sourced from around the world, silk tassels, nylon cords, 18K gold chain/findings, Sterling silver plated chain/findings and other ethically sourced materials.

WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH?

Your jewellery will not tarnish if taken care of properly. Remove jewellery when near water such as swimming, showering and during hot yoga as water may affect the longevity of the piece.

WHAT IS THIS STORE’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF IRELAND?

Indeed we do. Individual Jewellery loves to travel the world. Just remember to select the international shipping option at check out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Items are handmade with loving attention so processing time can take anywhere from 1-10 days.  All international orders generally can take anywhere between 7-21 days.

DOES INDIVIDUAL JEWELLERY HAVE A STORE?

Yes we have a store located in the sunny South East of Ireland called indi. It’s located at 83 The Quay, Waterford. Also we will be coming to music festivals, craft-fairs and pop-up shops near you so please keep an eye out.
